Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer with a minimum of 3 years experience to oversee and support the day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration training and coordination. The candidate must have CHRP.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Must possess a valid Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification.3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resource role.4. Strong knowledge of Kenyan Employment Act, labour laws, and HR best practices.5. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.6. Ability to prepare and maintain HR records and reports with high accuracy.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.9. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.10.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
