Job summary
The HR Assistant will support HR operations across Naivasha, Nakuru, Ruiru and Molo, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave administration, performance management and employee engagement while ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and Kenyan labour requirements.

Role Objective
Support day-to-day HR operations across Naivasha, Nakuru, Ruiru and Molo by providing effective recruitment, employee administration, documentation and general HR support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Kenyan labour requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding, induction and maintenance of accurate employee records.
- Assist with attendance management, leave administration and employee database updates.
- Prepare HR reports and support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide general HR administrative support.
- Coordinate training activities and assist with HR projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and support compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of HR support experience preferred.
- Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
