IT Assistant

Job Summary: 

Our company is seeking a motivated IT Assistant with a background in programming and digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our employees and assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all systems and equipment function properly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and network devices

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of systems and equipment

• Provide technical support to employees, including training on software and equipment usage

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns

• Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance using analytical tools

• Monitor network performance and security, and implement necessary measures to ensure optimal network uptime and data protection

• Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets, and ensure that licenses are up to date

• Collaborate with IT team members and digital marketing team members to implement new projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven 2 years experience as an IT Assistant or similar role with a background in programming 

• Experience with a Hospital ERP will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Microsoft AD, Cloud and Security, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
