Salary: Kshs 25,000
1. Ensuring reminder emails on subscriptions are sent out every month
2. Follow-up on installations
3. Programming tracking systems
4. Responding to customer queries on tracking system
5. Creating customer logins
6. Scheduling sms customer reminders
7.Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
8. Any other customer service duties that will be assigned.
• Must have minimum diploma in IT
• Must have experience in customer service
• Over two years experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and word
• Between 24-30 years
