Job Description/Requirements
- Planning and executing business strategies to grow the company by identifying new opportunities, forming partnerships and adding value to the company.
- Develop and implement detailed account plans that align with overall business objectives, including sales targets, marketing strategies and budget management
- Relationship Building-Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, focusing on the understanding their needs and building trust.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets by driving sales of a company`s products or portfolio of the drugs across designated accounts
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for all key client matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication and addressing any issues swiftly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and healthcare teams to deliver solutions and achieve mutual success.
- Market Analysis: Be up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
- Budget Management: Manage account budgets effectively ensuring profitability and maximizing on ROI.
- .Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and key accounts management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
