ABC EXPAT provides a strategic insight of the Kenyan business environment and offers tailor-made solutions such as staff outsourcing, payroll management, office space search, company car leasing, etc. Responsibilities Secure company’s growth revenue by managing key accounts and expanding client base Identify market trends & suggest improvements in the company strategy Update internal market profile to precisely reflect sales activities & prospect clients Increase recurring revenue through professional key account management Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients with a successful closing rate Initiate new business opportunities within foreign business communities in Kenya With management, design and implement company’s online marketing campaigns Generate revenue through sales’ contribution with onboarding of new corporate accounts Maintain and expand corporate clients’ database through meetings and networking Promote the company’s programs to strengthen brand recognition across our markets Report and provide sales weekly reports to management using statistical data Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Maintain active participation and membership in networking organisations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent 5+ years of work experience in Sales Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Proven sales experience with track record of over-achieving sales quota Exceptional communication & presentation skills Detailed oriented, focused & methodical Proven transformative leadership skills Working knowledge of expatriation market dynamics and requirements Self-motivated and results driven Customer service focus and attention to detail Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Fluency in oral and written English. French is a plus
