Key Stage 1 Teacher

· Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the British National Curriculum for Key Stage 1

· Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports spiritual and academic growth

· Assess and monitor pupil progress using formative and summative assessment strategies

· Lead or assist in coaching sports (cricket, hockey, netball, rugby or football)

· Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Education (or equivalent teaching qualification)

· Minimum 5 years' experience teaching Key Stage 1 in a British prep school

· Must be registered with Teachers Service Commission

· Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum for KS1

· Committed Christian able to integrate faith into teaching

· Ability to actively engage pupils in sports

Desirable:

· Experience in international/multicultural settings

· Training in phonics programmes (Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics)

· Additional qualifications in SEN support
