We are seeking a Liaison Officer – Sales, Partnerships & Market Growth to drive revenue growth and support institutional engagement. This role is consultative rather than transactional, focused on building credible long-term partnerships.

Role Purpose
The Liaison Officer will lead Pamoja’s market engagement, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships in a manner that is ethical, professional, and aligned with mental health and safeguarding standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Institutional Engagement
- Identify and engage potential organisational clients including corporates, NGOs, schools, and faith-based institutions.
- Conduct introductory meetings, needs assessments, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Present Pamoja’s mental health, safeguarding, and training services clearly and professionally.
- Work with management to develop tailored proposals and service packages.
- Convert qualified leads into service engagements without over-promising capacity.
Partnership & Referral Development
- Build partnerships with insurance companies, corporate HR teams, NGOs, and educational institutions.
- Support engagement processes required for institutional and insurance partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships that encourage repeat engagements and referrals.
Market Representation
- Represent Pamoja in stakeholder meetings, networking forums, and institutional engagements.
- Communicate the organisation’s value proposition consistently and professionally.
- Conduct market research and identify what will support Pamoja’s strategic growth
Internal Coordination
- Align sales efforts with organisational systems and clinician availability.
- Support scheduling and coordination of trainings, organisational sessions, and service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and partnerships.
- Provide periodic reports on sales activity and partnership development.
Ethical Practice
- Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics at all times.
- Ensure all market engagements reflect Pamoja’s clinical and safeguarding standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in institutional sales, partnerships, or business development with a track record of driving growth.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and organisational executives.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM systems.
Desirable
- Exposure to mental health, healthcare, safeguarding, or social services.
- Experience working with insurance providers or benefits programs.
- Proposal writing or service contracting experience.
