Job descriptions & requirements
- Bachelor of Science/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At-least 3- 5 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
- Developing and managing the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plan and its implementation
- Performing engineering analysis and ensuring lowest machine energy and spares consumption
- Lead in equipment breakdown analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Optimizing equipment efficiencies through adherence to maintenance schedulesCustomer Return & Quality Documentation
- Maintaining & managing engineering standards and procedures to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and maintain product quality.
