Job summary
The Marketer will be selling products and services to new and existing customers. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. This position is sales commission based and inability to meet targets will result in loss of revenue
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to recommend appropriate products or services.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Report any malfunctioning machines to the office immediately
· Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales terms and pricing, and skillfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines within the CRM system.
· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends to improve sales strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Staying Informed:
Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a high end designer apparel store.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
