Job descriptions & requirements
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and executing various administrative and operational tasks.
• Conduct RFQ (Request for Quotation) analysis to enhance tracking efficiency and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage product samples using a structured sample register tracker to maintain accurate records and accessibility.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities for business growth and strengthen industry networking.
• Maintain customer relationship data using Excel, ensuring accuracy and effective client follow-up.
• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities, contributing to the preparation and submission of bids.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and market visibility.
• Author articles and blog content focused on safety topics to support thought leadership and engagement.
• Execute and manage email newsletter campaigns to enhance customer outreach and retention.
• Assist with the design of marketing materials, including newsletters, posters, and promotional artwork.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp), ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery, including doing live videos
• Create marketing content, including photography and videography, to support brand promotion.
• Assist the accounts team with invoicing, sales orders, credit notes, and generated sales reports using QuickBooks.
