RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, build, and execute monthly marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other
relevant platforms — from concept through to posting and reporting
• Manage Bun & Beef' s social media pages daily, including scheduling, captions, hashtags, story
content, and community engagement (responding to comments and DMs)
• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content — reels, product shots, behind-the-scenes,
and promotional material — to a consistent brand standard
• Design on-brand marketing materials including menus, promotions, stories, flyers, and digital
assets using Canva
• Build and maintain a structured content calendar and ensure posts go out consistently on
schedule — no gaps
• Coordinate influencer partnerships — identify, outreach, brief, and manage creators through to
posting and reposting
• Manage Bun & Beefs presence and listings on delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Glovo) including
keeping menus, photos, and promotions updated
• Track and report on content performance weekly — reach, engagement, follower growth, and
delivery platform metrics — and use data to improve
• Work closely with the wider marketing team and management to align campaigns with new menu
launches, location openings, and brand moments
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all channels — colours, fonts, tone of voice, and visual
identity
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience planning and executing social media campaigns — not just posting, but
strategy, execution, and reporting
• Strong content creation skills: shooting and editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and
photography for F& B or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency in Canva is mandatory
• Experience managing delivery platform listings (Uber Eats, Glovo, or similar) is a strong
advantage
• Highly organised — able to maintain a content calendar, meet deadlines, and work without
constant supervision
• Portfolio of past work is required — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
• Experience working within a team and taking direction from a marketing lead
• F&B or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
