JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join their academic team in the following subject combinations:
 Mathematics & Business Studies
 Mathematics & Computer Studies
 Biology & Chemistry (Reliever)
 English & Literature
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering academic excellence, and promoting the holistic development of learners in line with the school's vision and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in the assigned teaching subjects in accordance with the approved curriculum.
 Develop learners' subject knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and practical skills using learner-centred teaching approaches.
 Assess, record, and report on learners' academic progress through assignments, continuous assessments, practicals (where applicable), and examinations.
 Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and learner engagement.
 Integrate appropriate teaching resources, technology, and practical activities to enhance lesson delivery and improve learner outcomes.
 Prepare learners adequately for internal and national examinations.
 Maintain accurate learner records, including attendance, assessment results, and academic reports.
 Foster positive relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues to support learners' academic and personal development.
 Participate in co-curricular activities, departmental meetings, staff meetings, and other school programmes as required.
 Maintain proper classroom discipline and uphold school policies, professional ethics, and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications
 A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education with specialization in one of the following subject
combinations:
 Mathematics & Business Studies
 Mathematics & Computer Studies
 Biology & Chemistry
English & Literature

 A minimum of two (2) years' teaching experience in the relevant subject combination.
 Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will be an added advantage.
 Strong communication, organizational, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and ICT tools to enhance learning.
