Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and surpass sales targets set by management by promoting and selling dental equipment to healthcare facilities by understanding their technical specifications, benefits and features
  
  
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, referrals or attending trade shows where customers acquire deep technical knowledge of the medical products
  
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and connecting opportunities with professionals in the dental industry
  
  
• Constantly stay up to date with health services’ operations in the dental industry
  
  
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and trends in the medical equipment market
  
  
• Understanding customers technical specifications and needs so as to provide actionable feedback to enhance product performance and product alignment with market expectations
  
  
• Provide training and demonstrations to dental professionals on how to use medical equipment ensuring clients are well informed on the products they are purchasing
  
  
• Handle inquires and issues related to products and equipment, offering solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  
  
• Create long-term good relationships with clients, increasing their trust and commitment to
  the business as their preferred supplier
  
  
• Work closely with the technical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order
  processing and timely delivery
  
  
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to the established company and healthcare protocol and
  guidelines
  
  
• Creating and submitting required sales reports and maintaining accurate documentation
  
  
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
  
  

Education Qualifications:

• 
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in sciences, Business, Marketing, Dentistry, Medical or a related field.
  
  
• Additional certifications in sales or medical technologies are a plus.
  
  

Experience:

• 
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical or dental field.

• Understanding of dental equipment and products.
  
  
• Excellent analytical and market research skills.
  
  
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
