JOB TITLE: MOTOR REWINDER INTERN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in disassembling, inspecting, and assembling electric motors of various types.
- Help in rewinding coils, replacing damaged components, and performing minor repairs under supervision.
- Conduct basic electrical tests, such as insulation resistance, continuity, and functionality checks, to ensure motors are in working order.
- Identify common motor faults and assist in troubleshooting to support the repair process.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of repair work, parts used, and testing results.
- Support inventory management by keeping track of motor components, tools, and materials.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily repair targets and contribute to process improvements.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of electrical machines, motor components, and motor operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
