JOB TITLE: MOTOR REWINDER INTERN

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS.15,000

JOB LOCATION: ROASTERS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in disassembling, inspecting, and assembling electric motors of various types.
• Help in rewinding coils, replacing damaged components, and performing minor repairs under supervision.
• Conduct basic electrical tests, such as insulation resistance, continuity, and functionality checks, to ensure motors are in working order.
• Identify common motor faults and assist in troubleshooting to support the repair process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of repair work, parts used, and testing results.
• Support inventory management by keeping track of motor components, tools, and materials.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily repair targets and contribute to process improvements.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of electrical machines, motor components, and motor operation.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
