Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and highly organized Motorcycle Driver & Document Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of documents, supporting office administrative functions, assisting with stock and goods verification, and ensuring efficient communication .

Job descriptions & requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ø  Prepare, organize, and deliver company documents to clients and other stakeholders.

Ø  Collect and submit documents from various locations as required.

Ø  Assist in stock and goods counting when assigned.

Ø  Ensure timely and secure delivery of documents and parcels.

Ø  Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.

Ø  Operate and maintain the assigned motorcycle responsibly and safely.

Ø  Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

Ø  Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

Ø  Represent the Company positively during deliveries and collections.

Ø  Report any discrepancies in stock quantities or records.

Ø  Support general administrative and office operations as required.

Ø  Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 


Ø  Minimum KCSE Certificate.

Ø  Valid Motorcycle Driving License.

Ø  Certificate or training in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Ø  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Ø  Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

Ø  Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ø  Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ø  High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

Ø  Previous experience in dispatch, document handling, office administration, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
