Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all Ready Mix operations.
- Oversee and coordinate:
- Outbound Logistics
- Production & Quality
- Inbound Logistics (Raw Materials)
- Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Foster seamless coordination between Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and other support functions.
- Champion quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best operational practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an Operations Management role.
- Experience within the Ready Mix Concrete, Construction, Manufacturing, Quarry, Cement, or related heavy industrial sectors will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and people management abilities.
- A hands-on leader capable of delivering results under pressure.
