RBS is seeking qualified and experienced Part-Time Lecturers to teach professional courses in Accounting and Finance, specifically:
Advanced Financial Reporting (AFR)
Financial Reporting (FR)
Financial Management (FM)
Advanced Management Accounting (AMA)
Management Accounting (MA)
The ideal candidates should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering high-quality training to students pursuing professional qualifications such as CPA, or related programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and well-structured lectures
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
Assess student performance through assignments and exams
Provide academic support and mentorship to students
Ensure syllabus coverage within the required timelines
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification (CPA, or equivalent)
Experience in teaching KASNEB professional courses is an added advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle both weekday evening and weekend classes
