Job Summary
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging with patients to help them through all stages of the medical treatment process – from initial enquiry to helping organize the patients return home after treatment and ensuring a seamless experience for patients seeking medical treatment in Kenya, regionally in Africa.

Job Description/Requirements
Your responsibilities will include speaking with patients to understand their medical condition, coordinating updated patient medical records, ensuring that patient confidentiality is always maintained, liaising with hospitals within our network, arranging video consultations, and managing travel logistical support.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Nursing, Medical or
Clinical Officer) or equivalent experience are highly preferred. The idea
candidate should have a strong understanding of medical terminology,
especially in areas of BMT, Transplants, Cardiology, and Oncology. And conversant with different mediums of communication.
