Phone Customer Service Representative
Job summary
We are seeking 2 Phone Customer Service Representative To handle customer communication via phone, provide accurate information on cosmetic products, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting sales operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Ø Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field
Ø At least 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role (cosmetics/retail experience is an added advantage)
Ø Basic knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ø Respond to inquiries about cosmetic products, pricing, availability, and promotions
Ø Provide guidance to customers on product selection where necessary
Ø Receive and process customer orders accurately
Ø Confirm orders, delivery details, and payment information
Ø Upsell and cross-sell cosmetic products to meet sales targets
Ø Follow up with customers on pending orders or inquiries
Ø Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Ø Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Ø Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Ø Document all customer interactions and transactions
Ø Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Ø Liaise with the store team to confirm product availability
Ø Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch
Ø Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on promotions
Ø Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, inquiries, and sales.
