Minimum Requirements

- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Plumbing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

- Valid teaching qualification/pedagogical training from a recognized institution.

- Registered and licensed by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

- Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a TVET institution or college.

- Strong practical and technical skills in the relevant trade area.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.

- Deliver theory and practical lessons to diploma & Certificate students.

- Assess students through assignments, practicals, tests, and examinations.

- Maintain students' academic records and progress reports.

- Supervise projects, industrial attachments, and practical activities.

- Participate in curriculum implementation and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards in workshops and laboratories.
