Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive to support the sales lifecycle through presales coordination, proposal development, and direct client engagement. The role combines technical presales support with revenue generation responsibilities, including tender management, market research, solution presentation, and deal closure support.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into customized solutions, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales team to support and ensure successful closure of sales opportunities.

Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements.

Manage the full sales bid process including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and tender submissions.

Review and respond to complex tender documents, expanding on functional and technical
requirements.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, product positioning, and competitor
landscapes.

Assist in qualifying prospective clients and maintaining up-to-date sales documentation and
collateral.

Support revenue generation by contributing to deal closure and achievement of sales KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business
growth.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

Tailor proposals and solutions to meet specific customer needs and business objectives.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive market analysis and
relationship building.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to
management.

Maintain strong knowledge of company products, solutions, and competitive offerings.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or presales, preferably within the software or
technology industry.

Good understanding of B2B sales processes.

Strong knowledge of tender management processes and bid preparation.

Experience analyzing complex technical specifications and preparing detailed proposals.

Excellent written and spoken English communication and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
