A strong passion for integrating arts into classroom instruction is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, Kiswahili, arts, and CRE for both lower and upper primary classes.
- Incorporate writing and communication skills into all subjects to build student expression and critical thinking.
- Encourage creative and structured writing, supporting students in mastering grammar, coherence, and research.
- Foster a classroom culture that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful of all learning styles and backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan lessons, share strategies, and enhance learning experiences.
- Bring creativity, artistry, and innovation into your teaching methods.
- Model strong communication, responsibility, and professional ethics.
- Infuse the classroom environment with energy, humor, and a positive spirit to make learning joyful.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid TSC Registration (Mandatory)
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or P1 Certification in Education
- Proven experience teaching using the CBC framework
- A genuine passion for integrating the arts into learning
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills
- A creative, reflective, and flexible approach to teaching and learning
