Quality Control Jobs In Kenya.Title: Quality Control Technician- dairy, Industry: FMCG,Location: Kiambu,Gross Salary: Competitive.Our client, one of the leading FMCG companies in Kenya seeks to hire a Quality Control Technician who will be tasked with Quality and quantity analysis of raw milk and milk products, facilitating dispatch and proper documentation of the same.Key Responsibility Receive and grade raw milk at the main reception and record the quantity and quality parameters.Carry out chemical and microbiological analysis of milk, milk products and washing detergents.Preparation and standardization of lab chemical reagents as per laid down procedure while ensuring safety.Analyze incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality parameters.Maintain proper records of all received milk and ensure proper handover at the end of the shift.Ensure procedural CIP process before and after receiving milk or after dispatch of milk.Carry out daily checks on factory and personal hygiene. Qualifications & Experience Degree/diploma in Dairy Technology /Biochemistry /Lab Technology/Food Science or related field.Minimum two (2) years experience in the dairy Industry or Food industry.Knowledge and experience in yoghurt production.Planning and organizing abilities.Strong analytical abilities.Integrity and honesty.Good written and verbal communication skills.
