Job Description/Requirements
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market studies, including demand-supply analysis, pricing trends, and competitor profiling in real estate markets.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities to support strategic decision- making for property development.
2. Field Data Collection:
- Gather raw data from the field by visiting properties, conducting surveys, and engaging with stakeholders such as residents, local authorities, and businesses.
- Being creative in ways of gathering the information as it is not always easily available.
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of collected data through verification and validation processes.
3. Feasibility Studies:
- Prepare detailed feasibility studies for real estate projects, including financial modeling, development cost estimation, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Identify and evaluate regulatory, zoning, and legal constraints impacting potential developments.
4. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare professional, data-driven reports and presentations for clients.
- Deliver insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
5. Project Coordination:
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and internal teams, to ensure smooth execution of research and analysis.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Urban Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in market research, feasibility studies, or project management within the real estate sector. Experience in land valuation, surveying and construction are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
- Knowledge of zoning laws, urban planning, and regulatory frameworks in Kenya.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, Google Suite, Google Earth and familiarity with data visualization tools.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Own a laptop and be able to start immediately.
- Flexible to work in-office two days a week and on-site or remotely as required.
