Regional Business Development Manager

HR Digital Consulting Limited is recruiting 2 (two) experienced Regional Business Development Managers to drive business growth through Branch Managers and business teams in their respective regions, strengthen branch performance, and enhance member value across assigned branches.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and implement business development and growth strategies to achieve membership, deposits, loan and income growth targets across assigned branches.
- Supervise and provide direct business support to Branch Managers and branch business teams in their region to achieve agreed business targets.
- Cascade annual targets to Branch Managers, monitor performance and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Drive growth in membership, deposits, loans, non-funded income, and product uptake through effective execution of business plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and member value propositions.
- Analyse market trends, member needs and competitor activity to inform strategy and action.
- Support product development, pricing, promotions and campaigns to increase uptake and usage.
- Monitor portfolio quality, recovery efforts and risk indicators in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards and presentations for management and the Board.
- Coach, mentor and develop branch business teams to strengthen performance discipline, service standards and execution of business plans.

- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MSc in Strategy and/or professional certification in Strategic Management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a business development environment, with a minimum of 4 years at management level.
- Knowledge of Sacco operations, financial products and regulations will be an added advantage.
