Job Description (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); CARE International is a major humanitarian agency delivering emergency relief and long-term international development projects.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Business Service operations support and oversight to country officesRegional Business Service Operations review, analysis and improvementsServe as a network connector and liaison within CAREOversee and support country offices financial planning and performanceECA RMU financial managementECA RMU business service operations managementBackstopping for Country Offices as may be required QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive and relevant work experience at CO or Regional set up in a similar sized INGO.At least 7-10 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of bilateral and/or multilateral institutional donor grants and operations management, finance and compliance practices working with and interpreting applicable donor rules and regulations.Experience with operational process reviews, analyzing data to make decisions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated knowledge of or professional experience with working in the East & Central Africa and/or Sub-Sahara Africa
