Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth channels.
- Forecast sales performance and manage budgeting, pricing structures, and promotional plans.
Account & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, distributors, and professional partners.
- Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and annual business plans.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and merchandising standards across all sales outlets.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales representatives and field teams.
- Conduct training to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and brand standards.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, KPIs, and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee sales operations, including order management, inventory coordination, and launch execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or related FMCG categories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing retail accounts e.g., Carrefour, Pandamart, Naivas, Quickmart
- Leadership experience managing sales teams or field force.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
