Public Relations/Customer Support

- Assist customers in loan application process and document collection. 
- At least Diploma graduates (Carry your academic certificates to the interview). 
- 25,000KES~28,000KES starting salary depending on the computer skills and the result of the interview.

Customer Follow Up
- Communicate with clients who have an account with us to form manageable repayment plan.

- At least Diploma graduates (Carry your academic certificates to the interview).

Key requirements:

-Ability to interpret and follow complex information and instructions.

-Attention to detail, great time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

-Being highly responsible for the result of the work, open for advice and positive criticism. 

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

-Computer literacy- Microsoft office tools, Apps and technology/Google services (Google docs, spreadsheets)/Typing speed 20 WPM. 

Computer skill test in the interview: 
We will ask the interview candidate to perform some basic skills on google services, when invited to the interview.
Candidates are expected to complete these tasks within the given time.
