Job Description/Requirements
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To carry out all rigging and scaffolding activities and related jobs as per instruction of section Foreman.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
Education & Professional Qualification:
Secondary school certificate
Basic Rigging & Slinging Certificate from a recognized institution
Professional Experience:
3 years’ experience in specific trade craft
Shipyard experience will be preferred.
Geographic Experience:
Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations
Language Skills:
English, Common language spoken by the gangs
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Good knowledge in Port Operations (Vessel/Yard/J
