The JobThe Risk Director will develop and execute a comprehensive risk management strategy that will ensure fraud and other operational risks within Triggerise’s platforms are prevented, detected, and effectively addressed. As the Risk Director, you will also be responsible for: Develop and articulate a strategic risk vision that aligns with Triggerise’s overall goals and objectives, ensuring the prevention of fraud and other operational risks, timely detection of issues, and providing guidance to the organization in this area.Proactively participate in the design of our offers and systems to ensure that they are built in a way that minimizes the risk of fraud and other operational risks, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic recommendations.Establish an industry-leading risk management framework that includes an optimal mix of possible fraud detection tools and risk mitigation strategies, which will identify possible fraud and other operational risks within our ecosystem.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, regulators, and external partners, ensuring that reporting of incidents and general risk-related data is timely, accurate, and of high quality, while also managing reputational risk for the organization.Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of risk management professionals, creating a positive work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while also aligning with Triggerise’s values and culture.
