Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration : STRICTLY COMMISSION BASED.
A non-negotiable : MUST BE 28 YEARS AND ABOVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Present and explain insurance policies, terms, and benefits to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit insurance quotations and proposals.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to close sales and maintain high conversion rates.
- Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals, amendments, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in any sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance procedures.
