The Sales Agent will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing loan products, managing customer relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets through field activations, referrals, and direct selling. Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation. Ideal for aggressive sales professionals.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Source new clients through field marketing, institutional visits, referrer networks
and digital/social selling.
- Maintain and grow a strong personal sales portfolio.
- Participate in organized marketing activations and campaigns.
- Diploma, Certificate or Degree from a recognized institution in Kenya
- Prior experience in microfinance sales, asset finance, logbook loans, SACCO
lending or banking sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Existing customer networks within government institutions or SMEs will be an
added advantage.
