Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Follow daily journey plans and execute route sales as per company procedures.
  
• Achieve volume targets, outlet coverage and maintain sales fundamentals.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
  
• Communicate product updates, promotions and pricing changes to customers.
  
• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
  
• Maintain stock accountability and ensure reconciliation of physical vs. system stock.
  
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and ensure routine vehicle checks and cleanliness.
  
• Submit daily sales reports, Z reports, and stock-out updates.
  
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  
• KCSE Certificate minimum; sales training is an added advantage.
  
• Valid driving license and clean driving record (Class C or equivalent).
  
• 2–3 years' experience in van sales or delivery within the FMCG industry.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  
• Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  
• Basic understanding of digital stock/sales systems (e.g., DMS, HHT).
  
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.
  
• Customer-focused with a professional, courteous demeanor.
  
• Flexible, punctual, and committed to daily sales excellence.
