Sales and Marketing Executive - 20 Positions Available

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Description/Requirements

Job brief:
You will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:
•    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•    Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•    Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•    Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•    Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
•    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements:
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
•    Experience as a sales representative/analyst
•    Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
•    Excellent knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office packages.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Hitting sales and service targets.
•    Propose potential business deals by engaging potential partners
•    Reporting on the sales progress.
•    Maintaining and servicing existing customer
•    Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
•    Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions
•    Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
•    Achieving growth across all business sectors with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for business development.
•    Help to plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.

Qualification:
•    Must have minimum of a diploma or degree; diploma or degree in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
•    Must have a minimum skill in selling products and services e.g loans, computers, computer accessories, ICT Gadgets e.t.c
•    Must possess strong communications skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
•    Must possess strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills.
•    Must have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•    Must have a high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook.
