Job summary
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility and manage client relationships for the company.
Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities
• Generate qualified leads through client visits and cold calling.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and record all activities and client interactions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial engagement through project completion and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Provide timely and effective communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales performance and key metrics.
• Work closely with design, production and procurement teams to ensure client projects are executed accurately and on time.
• Communicate client specifications and feedback clearly to internal teams for seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales and marketing experience
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
