Position Overview

We are looking for a real estate agent, is a professional who will facilitate selling of our residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients. They will act as intermediaries between buyers and the company, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property sales and Marketing: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties. Advertise listings through various channels, including online platforms, print media, signage, and networking. Showcase property features, create compelling descriptions, and capture high-quality visuals to attract potential buyers and be able to close sales.

2. Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Assess their requirements and provide relevant property options and recommendations.

3. Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers. Provide comprehensive information about the property, highlight its unique selling points, and address any questions or concerns raised by the clients.

4. Negotiation and Offer Presentation: Assist clients in formulating offers to purchase properties. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of the company to achieve favorable outcomes.

5. Documentation and Contracts: Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documents such as sale agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

6. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and competitive pricing in the local area. Conduct comparative market analyses to determine accurate property valuations and provide informed advice to clients regarding pricing strategies.

7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the selling process. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns and resolving any issues that arise.

8. Networking and Business Development: Actively engage in networking activities to expand professional connections and generate leads. Attend industry events, participate in real estate associations, and cultivate relationships with other professionals in related fields to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

1. 2-3 years working experience

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities

4. Sound knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

5. Familiarity with property valuation methods and appraisal techniques

6. Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms

7. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented

9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

10. Flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules, including evenings and weekends when necessary
