SALES MANAGER
Job summary
All Things Aluminium & Glass Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales department. The role is responsible for driving revenue across aluminium profiles, aluminium accessories, glass, and fabrication works. The candidate will manage a sales team, enforce strong follow-up systems, and ensure targets are achieved.
Job descriptions & requirements
· Key Responsibilities:
· Drive monthly and weekly sales targets across all product categories
· Manage, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
· Ensure all quotations are followed up consistently until closure
· Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
· Track and report sales performance using CRM systems
· Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements
· Personally close high-value deals and strategic accounts
REQUIREMENTS
· Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, aluminium, glass, or related industries
· Experience managing and leading a sales team
· Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Skills & Competencies:
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
