Job Description

The Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding wholesale accounts, executing local marketing initiatives, and building a strong customer-centric brand across liquor wholesale and retail operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage wholesale clients (bars, hotels, clubs, event suppliers, institutions)
• Design and execute retail promotions, upselling programs, and product mix optimisation
• Build supplier partnerships and coordinate brand activations, tastings, and promotions
• Develop and manage customer loyalty initiatives and local marketing channels (WhatsApp, events, signage, in-store campaigns)
• Conduct continuous market intelligence on pricing, competitors, new products, and demand trends
• Establish and monitor customer service standards and brand presentation
• Collect and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and campaign performance
• Support management in sales forecasting, growth planning, and expansion strategies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, liquor, or hospitality environments
• Proven ability in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in promotions, local activations, and customer engagement programs
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and performance tracking skills
• Self-driven, creative, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Computer literate (Excel, POS reports, social/WhatsApp marketing tools)
