Key Responsibilities
1) Meet sales targets by promoting and selling microfinance products and services to clients.
2) Main focus will be to sell loans to Civil servants, Teachers and National Police Service through salary check off system.
3) Door to door selling.
4) Build and maintain strong customer relationship
5) Identify and pursue new business opportunities and stay up to date on Microfinance products and services.
6) Collect feedback and share market insights with the management team.
7) Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
1) Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or any business related course.
2) Sales experience- Previous proven sales experience preferably in banking or Microfinance product and services.
3) Target driven-Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation/Benefits
1) Starting Salary: KES 15,000 per month [for the first three months] Commission- Hybrid model will be applied. A stable salary along with commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
