VACANCY: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ensure excellent customer service experience;
•    Uphold and maintain a positive and value adding corporate image;
•    Advise and match customer need with right products;
•    Document and report promptly customers concerns on products and products improvements;
•    Handle customer complaints and escalate accordingly;
•    Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis individual sales figures achieved;
•    Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor.

Minimum Qualification
•    Diploma in Sales and  Marketing or business related fields from a recognized institution;
•    At least 1 years’ experience as a Merchandiser or Sales Representative in a FMCG environment;
•    Team player;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Good customer service Excellence skills.

Salary - Monthly Kshs. 25,000 to Kshs. 30,000
