Sales Representative IT/Business Analysis Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Field Sales person to join our team to help drive sales and maintain client relations.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
•    Prospect and develop new business leads.
•    Generating leads and closing the sales.
•    Strategically identify sales opportunities in the field.
•    Close sales so as to meet and exceed revenue targets.
•    Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and objections.
•    Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
•    Build a sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals and objectives are met.
•    Determine customers’ business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
•    Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the customers at their homes.
•    Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
•    Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives.
•    Document issues and resolutions as realized for trend analysis and lessons learned capture.
•    Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
•    Tracking sales and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•    Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key  Qualifications.
•    You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
•    You have solid prior experience in a similar sales role in IT or data analysis
•    Strong communication skills
•    High integrity.
•    Highly motivated and a go-getter
•    You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
•    You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
