Location: Field-based (covering Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga, Kisumu, Kisii, Migori, Homa Bay, Eldoret, Nakuru, Kericho, Kitale, Naivasha, and surrounding towns)

Role Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and marketing of imported liquor portfolio and locally manufactured soft drinks within Western Kenya, Rift Valley, and Nyanza. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in assigned regions.
  • Expand distribution by identifying and onboarding new stockists, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Implement trade marketing activities including wet sampling, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Regularly visit key accounts, monitor performance, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and bar/club outlets.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in Liquor industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing route-to-market distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Western, Rift Valley, and Nyanza regions.
  • Valid driving license and familiarity with company-owned sales vehicles an added advantage.

Key Markets to Cover
  • Western Region: Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga, Mumias, Webuye, Malaba, Butere.
  • South Nyanza: Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Rongo, Oyugis, Awendo, Kendu Bay.
  • Rift Valley: Eldoret, Nakuru, Kericho, Kitale, Naivasha, Nandi Hills, Iten, Baringo.
