Responsibilities and Duties

Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies.

Ensure proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and stock records.

Store items in designated areas according to safety standards and FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Monitor and manage inventory levels; report shortages or damages.

Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.

Issue supplies to kitchen and restaurant staff based on approved requisitions.

Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and pest-free.

Qualifications
