Our client is a multinational FMCG organization handling Personal care, Beauty, Food & Nutrition, and Home care brands. They have a presence across Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia – Pacific and have been in operation for over 100 years.

Role Summary

The role holder is the liaison between Demand Planning and Production

Responsibilities

• Responsible for local supply planning and imports planning

• from key markets

• Define MRP data in the system (Periodic View, Re-Order Point, Planned Delivery Time)

• Implement local Inventory policies with focus on driving NWC and reducing SLOBs

• Supply Risk Analysis and Forecast

• Drive supply planning activities to meet the fill rate service level

• Drive New and Existing Product market launch & Promotions

• Drive Weekly Plan Achievement & Adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-Based Field

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position with an FMCG company

• Experience with SAP Planning Module

• Strong in analytical skills

• Good People Skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Good leadership skills

• Good Communication skills
