Numbering pupils, it comprises two semi-autonomous schools: a Preparatory School of circa pupils between the ages of 3 and 13 and a Senior School of circa pupils between the ages of 13 and 18. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS A good degreeRecognised teaching qualification e.g. PGCEA demonstrable commitment to professional self- improvement EXPERIENCE Experience of teaching KS3 in Maths for at least 3 yearsA proven track record of excellent teaching and classroom management skillsSuccessful experience in raising student achievement and adding value.Experience of teaching in a Prep School contextExperience in teaching English as well as another subjectExperience of teaching Maths in KS4Experience of boarding Skills Excellent communication and inter-personal skillsWell-developed ICT SkillsAbility to use a range of teaching strategies to support the full range of educational needs. Evidence of being able to lead, manage and be responsible for initiatives/ developments.Knowledge of current generic developments in teaching and learning.
