Job summary

Infoney Solutions Limited seeks a Technical Support Intern to assist in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital learning platforms and devices. The intern will provide first-line support to schools and users, resolve basic technical issues, and support system setup while gaining hands-on ICT and edtech experience.

Basic hardware troubleshooting Software installation and configuration Operating systems Basic networking Data entry and system documentation Problem-Solving Skills Communication Skills
  1. Diploma or degree in ICT or related field. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
  2. Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with digital tools and social media is an added advantage.
  4. Willingness to learn, adaptability
  5. Ability to work both independently and/ or in a team too.
  6.  Strong interpersonal skills
