Job Summary
The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network systems for clients. The role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background, good problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service orientation.

Job Description/Requirements
- Fiber splicing to construct a proper splice case, including but not limited to, grounding, bonding, isolation, slack storage and sealing.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance
- Rehabilitate the network including tensioning cables and record keeping of the cable network infrastructure
- Liaison with other technical departments to provide technical support and resolve issues on the network
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science or IT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network maintenance role
- Technical aptitude in Electrical and Telecommunication Infrastructure
- Good analytical skills. Keen to details.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
