• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with JIJI clients

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Continuously improve sales skills through customer feedback, personal learning initiatives etc.
Academic Qualifications and Skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Previous experience in tele sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Degree/ Diploma in Marketing
