Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prepare customised holiday packages tailored to individual client needs.
- Advise clients on ideal travel destinations based on weather patterns, personal preferences, and past travel history.
- Provide accurate travel information, including visa requirements and other destination-specific documentation.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback, identify strengths, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Track and follow up on pending client payments to ensure timely clearance before travel dates.
- Amend and adjust existing holiday itineraries to accommodate client changes or evolving travel conditions.
- Coordinate and book ground transfers and other related logistical services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of world geography and popular travel destinations.
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional client experiences.
